On a cold winter day, don't you just want to curl up on the couch with a cozy blanket and a delicious cup of tea? Well we certainly do! So today, we bring you our Soothe tea latte...perfectly spiced with just the right amount of sweetness. 

Soothe Tea Latte

 

Ingredients:

1.5 tsp Soothe Tea

1 cup water

1/2 cup unsweetened milk alternative (we used almond milk)

1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)

 

Instructions:

Boil your water. Once boiled, steep the Soothe tea in a paper filter bag or steeper basket for 3-5 minutes. 

Steam 1/2 cup of milk alternative in a large mug. Alternatively you can heat your almond milk on the stove.

Add steeped tea and maple syrup into steamed milk.

Enjoy!
