Blending coconut oil into your steeped tea makes a remarkably creamy dairy-free latte.

And it offers another health bonus that shouldn’t be overlooked: a bit of healthy fat like coconut oil, rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), helps your body absorb the fat-soluble vitamins from the ingredients featured in The Honest Leaf teas.

In the Boost tea, black pepper is a powerful healing spice, in part because it contains an antioxidant compound called piperine. Dairy-free Boost Tea Latte

Makes 1 serving

Boost tea latte

What You Need

- 1 ½ tsp Boost tea by The Honest Leaf

- 1 cup water

- 1 Tbsp coconut oil

- Optional: sweetener to taste such as honey or pure maple syrup


How to Make It

Steep 1 ½ tsp Boost tea in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Strain.

Add steeped tea to a blender with the coconut oil. Add sweetener to taste if desired and blend briefly just until combined.

Serve immediately. Your dairy-free tea latte is ready!
