Blending coconut oil into your steeped tea makes a remarkably creamy dairy-free latte.

And it offers another health bonus that shouldn’t be overlooked: a bit of healthy fat like coconut oil, rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), helps your body absorb the fat-soluble vitamins from the ingredients featured in The Honest Leaf teas.

In the Boost tea, black pepper is a powerful healing spice, in part because it contains an antioxidant compound called piperine. Piperine can help boost the bioavailability of vitamins in other foods you’re consuming and boost digestion by triggering the taste buds, which in turn stimulate the pancreas to start producing digestive enzymes for the food that is on its way.

Culinary nutrition at its finest!
